100% Pinot Meunier from Dundee Hills in Willamette Valley, Oregon.
Founded by the legendary David Lett in 1965, Eyrie sets the benchmark for what Willamette Valley has become as a premier wine region for the grapes in the Pinot family. His legacy is now carried on by his son Jason.
Pinot Meunier is generally considered as the sister grape to Pinot Noir, and David was the first vintner to plant this grape outside of its native Champagne region. Only a handful of producers outside of France make a single-varietal wine from Meunier. Even less is working with vines as old as the ones at Eyrie.
